I would recommend using a Hammerhead here, as well as recently collected grenades. Go to your left when you’ll deal with the first group. Kill other soldiers - they will appear near the stairs. Thankfully you won’t have to worry about any other soldiers attacking the main character. Instead look for supplies. Eventually you’ll have to get to a new ladder[#288]. Use it to travel to a higher floor. Obviously you’ll have to defeat all of them and it’s not going to be easy task....

Fire your rockets and start moving back quickly to get to avoid receiving a lot of damage. Otherwise recharge your armor in a safe area and go back to finish off the hostile unit.
