Return toGrantand tell him about the detonator - the president will be evacuated after a while.
Look at the closest tower (M19:4).
you’re able to see there the secondNCR Ranger- go up top.
If you’re late and there is only one Ranger there, talk to him.
After short conversation he will attack you so you have to kill him.
If there are two Rangers there, do not shoot as the first, while the task will fail.
Report it toGrant- the president will be evacuated after a while.
