You gain the achievement “Insignia” when every patch is found.
The first XOF patch is located behind a rock, right behind you when you start the mission.
On your map, it is the end of the road.
The third XOF patch will be lying on the generator.
It’s a little bit difficult to notice.
The next patch is located on a guardhouse near the prison.
The sixth patch lies in the grass, right behind the gate to the prison.
It’s virtually impossible not to spot it.
You have to have some free space in the area outside the base to locate the next patch.
The eighth patch may cause you a little trouble.
To make it to the roof, you have to climb on the generator and go near the edge.
Jump over and climb up.
The patch will be lying on the ventilator.
The last patch can be collected in any time and in any place.
It is attached to our character’s outfit.
You have to roll on the floor for about 5-10 seconds, until you activate a cut-scene.
The patch will be lying next to Snake.
