A good place inIrithyll of Boreal Valleyare the vicinities ofChurch of Yorshka.
Another location in this area are sewers nearDistant Manorbonfire.
Spiders that you find there are easy to defeat and for each one, you receive nearly 1000 souls.
Then, go left over the stairs, along the round tower.
You will then notice three knights with wings in the distance.
They will jump down from the dome as soon as you come close.
After you enter, stand by the summon sign.
The mage above will be summoning knights for the whole time, until you kill him.
You do not have to return to the bonfire - enemies will come to you.
For the back thrust to be effective, wait for the knight to appear completely.
