Inside the room you’ll find Feltrite Crystals, Wingsticks, Fatboys and the collector card.
Kill him and then explore the right part of the room, where he was waiting for you.
There is the card on the cabinet.
On the landing you’ll find the Elizabeth Card.
There is the card lying on the low table there.
Collector card: Crazy Joe
The car lies on the cabinet in the Crazy Joe house.
His estate can be found up to the west from Wellspring.
