After entering the building, go through the corridor and enter Daedalus' workshop.
Inside you will find some teleports and lots of chests waiting to be opened.
Check out the right side and pull the lever found there.
This way you will move the ballista to the upper level.
Afterwards run up the wall on the right and get onto the platform behind the bars[RS].
There’s another lever to be found there - pull it to lower two chests down from the ceiling.
Inside you will findDaedalus' Schematicsand a Phoenix Feather[!!!].
Before you move on, fire the ballista into the left teleport once more.
Now you’ve got the option to use the previously unlocked passage and slide down the pipe.
Now you just need to go down the corridor to the exit.
This way you will begin the next stage.
