You will unlock this quest thanks toWoodson.
To upgrade them you need 56 pounds ofcat litter.
In few places you will find bags containing eight pounds of cat litter each.
You may find 3 of them inAngel Oracle, 4 inRodiaand one inSalt Lake Park,Los AlamitosandLong Beach.
Woodson will order you to go to the new minor area calledWhittierwhere you have to fight with one Synth.
You will fight in a quite an open area.
The rest of Synths will be far away until now and they need some time to get closer.
After you will kill the main Synth (which will explode in a moment of his death!)
After that you may take their position and deal with attacks from other three sides.
You should also regard snipers since they have a huge range advantage.
Once again you will be attacked by surprise.
People you left outside can take care of local cans.
Right now attempt to avoid entering the great room.
After this encounter you will receive from Woodson newanti-radiation suits.
