Activate Profiler (the hacking key/button) and scan the people near the motel.
Stand where you might see the alley, but do not approach her, to prevent being spotted.
Hack the surveillance camera above that alley and watch the course of the meeting (the above screenshot).
Just as expected, the life of the woman that you have just scanned will soon be in danger.
Do not wait to see what happens next and shut the camera view.
Run towards the attacked woman.
The assailant will take it to his heels and you should probably follow him.
