There are two types of trades in the game:

“Only Guild"button - allows you to create a guild-only deal.
The deals can then be checked (and canceled) in the “Your current offers” tab.
Need- goods that the other player want to acquire, those that will be taken from your stockpile.
Rate- the rate at which the goods will be traded.
