Thanks to obtaining the map you will unlock this quest.
Note - before you go searching for the treasure, confirm that you have a Shovel on you.

The treasure is buried in the Eastern part of Tacarigua.
you should probably reach Deadlands that are occupied by a multitude of strong monsters.
Use the shovel here and, after you dig up the chest, see what’s inside.
