Sneak up slightly to the right instead, and eliminate the guard standing on the tower.
The safest solution is to silently eliminate nearby enemies.
One of them will be on the tower on the opposite side and one under that tower.
This will allow you to clean the nearest territory.
However, few enemies will still remain on the camp area.
You should use owl to kill the one on the tower closest to the prisoners.
If you have done everything quietly, then only one heavy warrior will remain on the battlefield.
You should be able to run towards your allies and free them without being bothered by anyone.
Then quickly start setting the camp on fire.
Then focus on killing the enemy survivors.
Once you are done, leave the camp.
Once the cutscene ends, walk into the water under the wall.
Dive and then resurface on the other side.
You will escape from fire and from the camp.
Then leave the area using the same way you walked in.
