This works when you have at least two Sims.

You have to start stories about hobbies for both of your Sims.The stories must be different.
When the event is over, switch to the character you want to score.
When you do this, confirm both events - tap on both stamps marked in the screenshot.
This way, the points will only go to the Sim that you are currently controlling.
