You will learn this skill by practicing fishing although you could also use somebooks.
Go to a water reservoir in a park and look for a sign with a fish image on it.
press it and choose the “Go fishing” option to start fishing and to learn this ability.
The more hours you will spend fishing the more levels you will receive and bigger fish you will catch.
choose a sign and grab the “Bait Fishing” option and choose something from your Sim’s equipment.
hit a sing and choose the “Check the water” option.
The more levels you have the more valuable and rare fish you might catch.
you’re free to frame them and hang on your wall or sell them.
