Search through the inside of the building and find, among others, thecollectible.
Walk around theguardshere (anddog cages) and take the gate shown in the above screenshots.
Explore that area and locate the switch that reveals the safe.
By pressing the second switch, you will gain access to a bigger room on the East.
Take a turn to the South here, walk over the counter, next to the several bottles.

Watch out for, at least, twomonsters, around here!
Use the wrench and walk through the shaft to reach a small room.
Press the button on the left, thanks to which you will lower the grate.
Grab on to the rope, climb down and jump over the window below.
