Go to theMorguein its southeastern part.
In the penultimate furnace you will find apink diamond key.
Enter chief’s office
Go back with the key to the parking.
On the right from the main gate it’s possible for you to pass through the door.
Enter the elevator control room and use the lever.
Enter the elevator and activate it.
