This is one of the Heleus Assignments (side quests) inMass Effect: Andromedagame.
you’ve got the option to start this quest during your stay onVoeld.
In this quest you must find the titular lost scout.
You learn that she is imprisoned in the Kett ammo depot that she was sabotaging, and free her.
This quest should be unlocked after spending some time onVoeld.
During one of your visits inResistance Baseyou can speak withHaana.
The ruins are found near the Resistance Base, south-east from it.
When you get to the ruined construction leave Nomad and look around the area with scanner turned on.
Go back to the newly unlocked door and open them.
In the same room you’re free to find a heavily wounded Kett.
