This parameter determines a vehicle’s performance and possibilities.
It can be increased by installing new upgrades (received from lootboxes).
Each vehicle category has a different maximum perf level (e.g.
280 points for Street Race category).
This value can also change with upgrades.
Also, some of the vehicles are only available only to those who own the season pass.
