Sterling Hagnon you’re free to trade with him only if you rescue him from Disfavored.

Treasure 2 Chest on the cart, next to the blacksmith (Subterfuge 37 required).
Treasure 3 Chest in low right corner.
Treasure 4 Weapons rack close to the gate.
Treasure 5 Scroll: Lesser Sigil of Strenght.
Treasure 6 Wooden chest (Subterfuge 19 required).
Treasure 7 Wooden chest - 2x Agate.
Treasure 8 Wooden chest on the cart (Subterfuge 39 required).
From here you will move to further locations.
There are no enemies here and theDisfavoredare the majority of population.
Main Quest:The Conqueror’s Will- can be completed in this location.

Main Quest:Taking the Outer Valley-will appear in your journal once you complete The Conqueror’s Will.
Head toScarlet Chorus Camp, to begin the task.
Side quest:Earthshaker Reinforcements- you will receive the quest from the leader of the camp -Ceveus.
Graven Ashe(M2.1)- Archon of theDisfavored.
you’re free to find him in the middle part of the Disfavored Camp.

The Voices of Nerat(M2.2)- Archon of theScarlet Chorus.
You will find him in the Graven Ashe’s tent, where theKyros' Edictcan be read.
Iron Marshal Erenyos(M2.3)-right hand of the Archon of the Disfavored.
DuringThe Conqueror’s Will, you will find her in the Archon’s tent.
Once the quest is completed, she will move near the gate.
He will speak only if you turn your attention towards theScarlet Chorusduring the conversation with the Archons.
Once the quest is over, he will move tothe Scarlet Chorus Camp.
You will have to find him there, if you want to beginTaking the Outer Valley.
Isotanis(M2.5)- smith in theDisfavored Camp.
You should look for the chests inEchocall Crossing.
You will be given the quest, regardless of your current reputation level among any of the parties.
it’s possible for you to accept the quest or reject it.
Ceveus(M2.6)- commander of theDisfavored.
Lucia and Marcus(M2.7)- they can be found near the Archon’s tent.
The conversation always takes place with both characters at the same time, and they share their dialogue options.
If you mentionedGladiatoras your origin, you’ve got the option to gain approval among theDisfavored.
If the approval level is above1 at least, it’s possible for you to train basic techniques with.

The Disfavored are trying to take over his supplies as he doesn’t have permission to sell weapons.

If you support theDisfavoredyou will gain theirrespect.
After the conflict is over, the merchant will disappear but his wagon will remain.
