Start on the roof, to the South of the collectible.
Select theRemote Controlled Batarangfrom the inventory and aim it at the ventilation shaft shown in the screenshot.
Throw the batarangs, decrease its flight speed and prevent it from being destroyed.
After the batarang flies out of the venting shaft, direct it towards the green button.
you’ve got the option to now collect theDatapackfrom the box that you have just opened.
TheDatapackis behind the radiator in one of the weakly-lit parts of the Eastern part of the apartment.
you better reach theDance Floor, and go to the dressing room through the South-Western door.
Locate the venting shaft grate here, rip it off using theclawand jump inside.
You will find theDatapackwhile squeezing through the shaft.
For finding all 10 Datapacks, you receive theaudio file connected with Commissioner Loeb.
