Unfortunately, his shipments from Covengor have been stopped.
You have to go there and check what happened.
Go to chapter “Covengor Village” and find a quest called “Alcohol Trail”.
Go back to Brogh and sell him the bottle.
You have to find a fella named Hagrast.
He’s one hard to find son of a gun, believe me.
Check out the map below - we marked him with a “O” sign.
Talk to him and then go back go Ged.
HINT: After you complete this quest, Ged apparently swears revenge on Ebrat Skelden.
You are automatically given a mission to warn the man that he’s in danger.
You have to reach their encampment West of Covengor and retrieve the item.
The right spot will be marked on your map.
Before you reach the camp, you will go past 2 cemeteries.
The encampment itself is quite small and there are few enemies to beat.
Give the staff back to Rama for some gold.

Daron can be found near Rama Erendar.
He won’t talk to you unless your reputation with the Society is at least 2/10.
The mission he gives you is to find a dragon scale.
The best place to find one is the Brotherhood Outpost to the North.
you’re free to find it by one of the dragon skeletons there.
When you give it back to Daron, you’ll get some gold and reputation.
Talk to him and he will tell you to pay a visit to local Merchant Guild HQ.
It’s right behind his back.
You’ll get a reputation point just for talking to him.
Furvo wants you to take a certain package to Cathalon.
The entrance is in South-Eastern part of the city).
When you are inside, initiate the gate and exit the other way.
You’ll be right by Eras’s camp to finish the quest.
