Go outside, pass the memorial and turn right.
On the wall next to the map you’re able to see a sign (Pandemonium).
Go to the door on the right side and use a buzzer.
Activate a bot (called Shitbot).
After short conversation go outside.
Go through the street next to the tourist and then upstairs (on the left).
Go to the right.
It’s a gallery.
Ask Shitbot and select an interaction target (bot close to the gallery).
After a while talk with Shitbot again.
When Shitbot aims the target, follow him.
You will come to the alley, where you find a burnt-out fuse.
Look at the maintenance instruction on the right and on the replacement fuses.
Talk with Shitbot and select an interaction target (a burnt-out fuse on the bottom left).
Talk with the bot again.
After a cutscene follow Shitbot to the Pandemonium.
After conversation with Mira, talk with Wit, if you want to and leave the place.
