When fighting this bang out of enemy you have to perform anAerial Attack.
After the fight select theVoice Synthesizerfrom the inventory and use it on the nearby panel.
You will have to take on morethugs, including the newly metshielded opponents.
When you win the fight, interrogate one of thebanditsand use the computer.
