The destination will be the flying vehicle shown on the picture.

To do it faster you could enter any car.
When you get to your destination the mission will start.
Watch the short cutscene and start controlling Black Widow.
Jump on the containers shown on the picture.
so you can jump on them you must perform a double jump.
After jumping on the highest container you must scan the area to leave the elevator.
After activating the console you must end the electric circuit by setting three resistors.
Aim at all three of them and press the button.
Bottom door will open after performing the action.
Behind them you will find the vehicle that cleans the deck.
Once the first objective is completed focus on the second one.
Go to the left side where you will find the terminal secured with a motion detector.
Switch to Black Widow, activate the camouflage and hack the console which will activate the lights.
You will receive the third objective from the man standing next to the elevator.
You will have to collect the flag that allows controlling the flight.
Walk again on the elevator and this time go as far to the left as possible.
You will find an area that must be scanned by Black Widow.
Once it is done, use the rods and jump one floor higher where the flag will be lying.
Deliver it to the man that gave you the task.
Aim the shield at the gadget and then use the console to get inside.
After the short cutscene you will fight Loki.
Start controlling Iron Man and eliminate all incoming enemies with missiles.
Once situation becomes more or less safe, walk towards Loki and perform few attacks.
Loki will use his scepter and immobilize the character that attacked him.
to get to free him, another character must walk towards Loki and hit him.
Repeat the step until Loki is defeated.
Use Iron Man after landing so that destroy the silver objects that block the passage.
Then walk to the broken tree in the middle and scan the area.
Large brick objects will be destroyed during the storm cause by Thor.
Press the buttons appearing on the screen during the battle with Thor.
Walk towards the blockade when the new area is unlocked and scan your surroundings as Iron Man.
Use the scattered bricks to construct a launcher and then use it as Captain America.
You must aim your shield at the required point so that activate it.
