Run through a hallway and reach the stairs - bellow them you’re able to find the collectible.

Thisreadableis in the same room in which you found the last one.
The collectible is on a metal crate right next to door that lead to another room.
It is located in a place where you have a second fight with a heavy armored robot.
The collectible is on a crate below stairs.
