Next to the safe you will see some planks(3).
it’s possible for you to break them only as Rex Fury.
Once you fix the electric chests behind them, you will gain access to character tokenSuit Blackwell.
initiate the balcony door(4).
There you will find training dummy.
Use it and you will get the lastpiece of shield.
