This is one of the most complicated trophies in the game.
It is awarded for saving all important NPCs to the very end of the game.
Walter and Jimmy- you will meet them during “Homeless”.
During the fire, you oughta dart up the stairs and save the men with Aiden’s help.
First you meet Walter, then Jimmy.
Paul- in “Navajo”, the elderly Native American will be wounded.
Before you approach the woman and start the ritual, go to the house where Paul is lying.
you should probably heal him with the help of Aidan’s.
Cole- In “Black Sun” Cole will trip while escaping from the spirits.
Stop for him and help him up, and your caretaker will live.
Ryan- towards the end of “Black Sun” you will bump into the crazed Nathan.
Otherwise there will appear Ryan and your former caretaker will kill him.
