Burn up the material and jump up.
You find the relic in a small room.
Examine the other side of the dog tag.
While standing in front of the ladder, jump right.
Examine the inside of the box.
Jump down below, where you find the box.
In the spot shown in the screenshot, under the beam wrapped in rope, go left.
Then, use the rope arrow to get to the net ledge, where you find the relic.
While in front of the main entrance to theVoice of Godtomb, backtrack a little.
The chest with that relic is next to the rocks on the right, where the road ends.
