You should most of all take theSpell Tome: FrostbiteandSpell Tome: Flames.
Open your inventory, go to Books and tap on each of them to double-check that you knowFrostbiteandFlames.
Now press TAB, choose Magic and Destruction.
end the window and return downstairs, standing beside the Oculory lens (screen above).
