Requirements:Complete the game without using more than three First Aid Meds.
You are forbidden from using more than three First Aid Meds throughout the course of the game.
Help yourself with Herbs (they don’t count) whenever possible.
You should also wait till you are able to craft Strong First Aid Med which restores all your health.
Reserve them for the toughest boss fights.
Taking steroids doesn’t affect this achievement.
They can heal Ethan and permanently extend his health bar.
