Requirement:Use a knife to clear a door of insects.
Commentary: you’ve got the option to unlock this achievement during the exploration of the old house.
Once the encounter is done, take a stab at go back to the entrance of the old house.

KEEP A SAFE DISTANCE - you don’t want the insects to jump on Ethan.
Choose the knife from your inventory and start waving it around.
To kill the insects from the lower part of the door you simply have to crouch.
You’ll unlock the achievement once you flush the entire door.
At least one door in the greenhouse is covered with bugs.
