During your visit to Saint-Denis, your character will lose consciousness.
When you are rescued by a passer-by, follow him until you reach the doctor’s office.
Go into the office and sit on a chair.
Arthur will be shocked by the news that he suffers from tuberculosis.
The doctor will apply a temporary remedy, which will in fact only postpone the inevitable.
