A warning will also appear on the main game screen.
The rebels get their color and army.
So do rebels, so having a war with this nation is extremely difficult.
Thus, you will weaken the economic and military environment of the nation.
If a riot breaks out, your state will automatically join the rebels.
Barbarians - people from different tribes, which are not friendly towards any nation.
Each headquarters of the barbarians is determined by two factors: the Growth and Strength of the Barbarians.
The second stat tells the significant number of barbarians on the site.
The higher, the more likely it is that in this area the uprising of barbarian horde will appear.
The army, which main goals are to plunder and pillage.
Over time, the barbarians will arrive less and less until the Growth reaches zero.
From now on, the barbarians will pose no threat in the area.
The horde of barbarians is a special army which main purpose is to sow confusion and chaos.
The size of the army also depends on the strength of the barbarians in their headquarters.

Otherwise, you will lose the civilizational progress that is needed to shut down the region with the barbarians.
If you defeat a horde of barbarians, the general will get gold and your cities some slaves.
