Keep going ahead and climb onto the wall to the right after you reach the barricaded passage.
Climb onto the small ledge and start grabbing onto the ledges above.
Shimmy to the left and pull up to reach a bigger balcony.
Turn around and walk over the balcony to the right.
Ultimately, you oughta reach the spot shown in screenshot 1.
Jump over the balustrade here and shimmy over the ledge of the building to the right.
Return now where you earlier entered the side path and resume your march towards the current mission objective.
Approach the edge and find the point where you might catch on with the rope.
Start sliding down the rope and cut through one of the windows at the end.
Jump over the balustrade and grab onto the ledge to shimmy to the left.
Press the correct key/button to have Fisher grab onto the opposite side of the metal beam.
Only then, move left.
you should probably reach several ledges above but, you should experience no problems while doing that.
