Approach the wall and start climbing.
You, of course, need to keep in mind that there is another sniper above Fisher.
This same rule applies to the remaining snipers that you will encounter in a few moments.
ensure it is safe, pull up and hide behind the nearest cover.
You now need to get towards the roofs located to the left of the sniper here.
Jump down and approach the square roof, where there are two enemies.
If you have chosen the ladder, make use of the pipes to reach the hole in the wall.
Attach the line and slide all the way down.
