For 100% completion, you only need to complete one deck.

One of the many collectibles available inRed Dead Redemption 2are collector’s cards.
There are more than 140 of them in the game.
There are 12 sets of cards available inRDR2, each with 12 cards.
To get 100% completion you only need to collect one set.
You will receive onerandomcollector’s card each time you buy/pick up “Premium Cigarettes”.
To make this task easier, never carry a full pack of cigarettes with you.
If you carry19cigarettes with you, your hero will pick up any pack available in the area.
you’re free to buy a pack Premium Cigarettes in any general merchandise shop.
It is available in virtually every city appearing inRDR2.
The card will automatically appear in your inventory.
Remember that only a few packs of cigarettes can be stored in the bag.
After buying two packs, initiate the bag and throw away any unnecessary packs.
You should spend about $1500 to get all the cards.
