Capture this fortress after completing the Payback mission.
You will have to disable 3 alarm boxes, but there will be less enemies inside.
The easiest way is to eliminate the enemies using a sniper rifle.
Use the advantage of height that the rocks around the fortress will give you.
From up there, you’re free to quickly deactivate the alarms and kill all the soldiers.
There are quite a lot of them, but focus especially on the heavy gunner and the sniper.
When near the fortress, go left and climb the rocks using your grappling hook.
take a stab at stay unnoticed.
If the soldiers start to suspect something, hide for a while and change your position.
At the end, eliminate the heavy gunner and the dog.
However, such strategy can also be effective.
