Chapter 1 - Forgotten Rootsintroduces the player into the gameplay ofQ.U.B.E.
Use the action button on one of the white squares located on the ground and then step on it.
Theblue cubewill function as a trampoline, launching your character to the upper level.
Go through the doors that can be seen in the distance.
More white boxes in front of you.
Activate one of them to create ablue cubeand jump to the higher level.
Afterwards, turn on theblue cubeon the console and use it to get even higher.
Now approach the next panel and activate ablue cubeagain.
In this area you will have your first contact withorange cubes.
you could manipulate them using the appropriate button.
Approach the first one and activate it, causing the cube to come out of the wall.
This will allow you to get to the higher level.
If you fail to do so, your character will slip off the platform.
Repeat the entire process at the last element and jump to the higher level.
Use the appropriate button and slide out theorange cubelocated to the right of the console.
Afterwards, do the same with theorange cubelocated on the left side.
Approach the console, activate theblue cubeand jump on it.
You will land on the previously extended element.
Activate theblue cubeon the console to get to the higher level.
Approach the construction shown in the first screenshot and activate it with the appropriate button.
Approach the white panel shown in the second screenshot and create anorange cube.
Slide it out and continue.
Use the ability to change the color of your powers.
you could now activate ablue cubeto get to the higher floor.
Now go through the doors visible in the distance.
Choose one of the available squares of the panel and create anorange cube.
Now slide it out of the wall to be able to get to the upper floor.
Jump on theblue cube- your character will be launched to the previously extended element.
Go through the door to finish theChapter 1 - Forgotten Roots.
