The final objective of this mission is to take down one of the lieutenants.
Bear Donnelly can be found in one of the bars in Pointe Verdun.
you’re able to meet with him after you complete the first conversation with Nicki Burke.
Donnelly can help Lincoln in removing the second lieutenant, Sonny Blue, from this district.
This will allow you to add new points related to weakening Sonny to the map.
you’re able to select any informant and the game won’t let you interrogate another one.
Neutralizing a group will weaken Sonny’s racket by 1000 dollars.
The shop icons will appear on the district map after you interrogate any informant.
Before each shop you could find a parked car with gangsters focused on guarding it.
Then break into the shop (with a kick) and shoot all the displays.
This will probably convince someone to call the police, so quickly leave the area once you’re done.
You will learn about Ralph by interrogating one of the informers.
He is imprisoned in the meat facility.
Once you eliminate all of them, walk towards Ralph and press the interaction button to free him.
Saving Ralph will weaken Sonny’s racket by 10 000 dollars.
Sonny has two enforcers as well.
Tito Leone can be found in the park near the water.
The enemy is standing in open space which makes him a perfect target for a sniper rifle.
Once you weaken the racket enough (yellow points on the map), get back to Bear.
Sonny Blue is on one of the higher floors of the facility.
As usual, you’re free to kill or recruit the enemy lieutenant.
