How to unlock:Automatically, after you complete side quest -The Mechanic.
Note- As far as this is possible, make a run at complete this quest as early as possible.
It is only then tat they become available to you (even if you have already secured them).
Start by having a conversation withBilalat theGas station, as a result of which you receive aFuse.
After you get there, climb to the top.
While climbing, watch out and do not make a mistake, or you will fall and die.
Tap rhythmically the interaction button to detach theInsulator.
It will drop to the ground.
Find the insulator and collect it.
You now need to go towards theDamin the South-Western corner of the map.
Since there is quite a distance to cover, it is a good idea to use the buggy.
After you walk into the energy plant, reach the marked point, which is where you findAli.
Go West and take the narrow passage.
It is much better to focus on reaching the fuse box shown in the above screenshot.
you’re able to now jump into the hole in the room with the huge mutant.
You now need to meet up with Ali again.
Release the blockade and follow the tunnel, thanks to which you get to the surface.
Go to the orange building marked by the game and eliminate all of the zombies in front of it.
After you have cleared the area, knock on the door and talk toAli.
This is not an easy task, because there will appear bolters here.
Use your firearms or melee weapons which allow quick attacks (e.g.
Heal your character between the individual waves and do not stray away from Ali.
After he finishes working, the quest will end.
