to make it ride down the elevator,shoot the water bubble above you.
[1] Proceed the same with the two nextdrops- this time they will create sloping platforms.
[1] Anotherprize bubbleis floating in the airright behind the respawn point shaped like an apple.

Move on to the right, extinguishing everything on your way and killing the burning enemies.
Free two morepatientsfrom the flames (each will reward you with2 items).
[1] Once you reach anotherdrop, water it and you will create afootbridgeleading right.
Repeat this process on the other side.

Don’t forget about theitemhangingto the left of theswinging platform.
Jump from its left side once it is in the upper position.
[1] In the downward tunnel,extend water bridges.
Look out for the burning enemies which will attack you from above by surprise.

Below, jump to the left above the pit - there arethree itemsin the hollow.
[1] Usewateron the turnstiles and run below them.
[2]
Activate the elevator byshooting water at its upper part.
[1] Below, turn left to collecttwo hidden prize bubbles.
You need tojump down to the right of the boulder.
[1] From there run to the right and hop into thehollow.
[2]
Now push the boulder down(to the right).
[1] Jump down there andcollect thebubblehidden in the hole on the left.
[1]
Once morepush the boulder to the right.
[1] Jump over the pit andfill up the drop with water.
[2]
Go up along theturnstiles- of course afterextinguishingthem.
[1] Get rid of the flames from the obstacles - they will create bridges.
[2]
At the end,extinguish the swinging platform and jump onto it.
[1] Deal with the flames on the next platform and patient’s cell.
Take hispresentand jump to the right.
[2] On the way, collect thegolden apple sticker, usable in the previous level.
