You have to climb on top of the waterfall, which is not particularly difficult.

This papyrus can be found in Apollonion of Cyrene in the Kyrenaika province.

You will have to kill a fierce elephant.
Approach the edge of the “arena”, but don’t jump down just yet.
Instead, use Senu to mark the area shown above on the arena.
It’s between one of the water tanks and the palisade.
Jump down after doing that.
You should be able to pick it up before you’re killed.
Note- You don’t loose the treasure if Bayek dies right after locating it.
