This mission should become available automatically after you gather enough followers.
It’s a lengthy and pretty demanding mission - the graffiti tags are located in many unapproachable places.
Attention- Before you begin this task, verify you’ve bought a quadcopter.
The picture above shows all of the graffiti locations.
Specific descriptions of reaching each individual site can be found in the later parts of the text.

The last thing you’re gonna wanna do is jump a little bit below again.
Begin by locating the yellow ladder shown above.
After reaching higher level, continue climbing and stop when you reach a closed gate.
you might now approach the terminal (show above).
Hack it via the jumper to turn off the security system and unlock the gate.

Start your climb by reaching the scaffold.
Park a car next to it, get onto its roof and jump onto the scaffold.
Use two ladders to reach the lower roof.
Now check out the surrounding vent shafts.
Activate the jumper, and reach the small shaft entrance shown above.
It’s not hard, but you should probably have the Enhanced Springs unlocked.
After reaching the highest roof with the jumper, locate the red closed-circuit terminal and hack it.
Get on the lift and go back up.
Now you just have to get to the billboard.

Use RC Hacking to control it.
A man basket is attached to the crane - bring it down.
After you do, enter the basket, and get back to steering the crane.
Disembark the basket and start walking towards the billboard.
The last part is much easier.
Locate the lift, get it down, enter, and go back up.
You’ll find yourself right next to the billboard with the graffiti [+8100 followers].
First, you better find the vent shaft entrance shown above.
Enter it with the jumper and reach the place where you’ll be able to hack a closed-circuit terminal.
Now activate the quadcopter, fly towards the lift shown above and bring it down to ground level.
Switch to Marcus, enter the lift, and get up again.
Then, take the wide ledge and get to the billboard.
[+8100 followers].
After reaching the place, locate a lift, and use RC Hacking.
Enter the platform of that lift and take Marcus to the lower roof with a billboard shown above.
Look around for the place from which you might jump.
After a successful leap, start climbing on the scaffold, and use the yellow ladder.
You’ll reach a new roof.
Use the quadcopter to bring the lift above Marcus down.
Begin in a small alley next to the building and locate that ladder.
Use it, and then reach a closed gate.
Switch to the jumper and activate the NetHack mode to locate the closed-circuit terminal.
It will make the gate open.
Use the unlocked entrance and take the ladder up.
The last thing to do is jumping onto the next roof shown above.
The graffiti has to be painted just up ahead.

Begin on the street, near the entrance to the underground parking lot.
on the top of the parking lot, to this location but this will not be necessary).
On the level where the staircase ends there is a guarded area with a group of hostiles.
After accomplishing that, start controlling the crane and bring down the cage that was originally attached to it.
Enter the lift with Marcus and hack the lift again to reach the top of the building.
Reaching this rooftop will require using a vehicle and making two jumps.
It is best that you acquire an enduro motorcycle or a similar mean of transportation.
Begin on the highway which runs next to the building with the billboard.
Regardless of your choice, bring the elevator down.
