Kill him and use the nearest phone to talk to Monk.
Get out of the building, enter the car and meet Monk.
Go to the St. Michael’s Church on Brooklyn.
Head into the church’s basement by the side entrance.
Cut-scene…
Carlo is standing in front of the church.
He’ll tell you that Sonny is waiting for you in Stormbolis in Hell’s Kitchen.
Go to the meeting.
