The only real difference is that you obviously visit Brelaina instead of Axle.
Visit Axle in the Merchant Quarter and talk to Sir Edmund.
Agree and you’ll be taken to a little clearing.
He’ll leave you alone for a while.
Defeat them and talk to Shandra and Edmund.
After a while you’ll be taken to Lord Nasher’s palace.
You’ll be allowed to leave the city for investigation purposes.
Head to Port Llast.
