How to Unlock:Meet up with NakmorDrack[Tempest].
Once you’re back on theTempest, find Drack and talk to him.
He’ll ask you to take a look at anti-Krogan activities of William Spender, an inhabitant of Nexus.
Proceed toNexus: Docking Bayand find Spender, who should be not far from the Tempest’s landing site.
Use the rail and travel toNexus: Operations Centerto meet up withNakmor Kesh.
Proceed to the security precinct to findTiran Kandros.
This conversation will be short - you’ll receive access to the security footage.
The surveillance station is right next to Kandros.
Spendercan be found on the higher floor of the operations center.
The conversation will be cut short, making you unable to get ahead with the case.
The quest can be followed upon once you’ve managed to visitKadara, which is currently an unavailable destination.
You must completeA Trail of Hopequest and unlock the next main one -Hunting the Archon.
Finally, you are able to travel toGovorkam, the star system that is home toKadara.
You’ll receive additional details of your mission.
You must land on planetKadara.
Travel to the wilderness and go to the place, marked by the game, in the south-west part.
The area is overrun by exiles that you must defeat.
Use big rocks to avoid their fire when you are on your way to the buildings.
You should also take into account that you’ve got the option to face reinforcements.
Enter the main room of the hideout and find thedatapadwith a message.
You receiveAndromeda Viability Pointsand you learn that you must return on Nexus.
Go back onNexusand go on the upper level ofNexus: Docking Bay(Common Area).
There are a few flats here, one of them belongs to Spender.
Break into the apartment.
Turn the camera so you could see it.
Use the tram and travel toNexus: Operations Center.Communications officercan be found on the highest level of this area.
Return to theTempestand speak withDrack.
