He can help you in clearing the remainder of the Hotel.
Regardless of whether or not Deputy Beagle survived, your task is to find a new sheriff for Primm.
There are three possible candidates.

You’ll find him at the [Vikki and Vance Casino].
All you have to do is to talk to him about the Sheriff job.
AskLieutenant Hayes#1to become a sheriff.
He can help but he needs some more soldiers so that do this.
You’ll be send to the [Mojave Outpost] to meetMajor Knight(M24:2)#2.
Talk to him about Primm and ask for the support.
Return toHayes(M3:3) and tell him that you got more soldiers as a support.
NCR will take over Primm.
Mayers
Go to the [NCR Correctional Facility] (MsD:27).
you gotta pay him 100 caps to enter.Meyerssits at one of the tables.
Go to [Mojave Outpost] and talk toKnight(M24:2)#2.
He’ll take care about the town.
