After the cut-scenes, the main character will be shot and will continue the next stage without Anna.
When you reach the bottom, crawl and go under a log.
You’ll find a first-aid kit - replenish your HP and walk further down the ravine.
After some time, you will reach the manhole - go inside and go further.
Inside, exit the room, turn left and walk through the tunnel.
