You unlock it by researching everything about almost every monster in the game.
This trophy countsonly those monsters that can be hunted in the game(they are listed below).
Researches are done by hunting said monsters and collecting items that were dropped by them/were carved.
Of course, a single hunt isn’t enough for a full research.
Visit that place regularly to see which monsters are fully researched and which ones need further studies.
