I recommend that you now reach the Southern security terminal.
Leave the estate, the same way that you came here and return to the starting point.
Explore the South-Western corner of the restricted area and locate the gate to the estate.
Turn Southwards, straight away and climb over the wall.
Carefully, approach the derelict building, atop of which there is an enemy sniper.
Wait for him to have a little chat with another opponent and use this moment to go Eastwards.
Unfortunately, this is not the only sniper in the estate.
On the balconies, in its Eastern part, there are two more.
Note - If you want to, you’re free to explore the building with the first sniper.

Slowly, keep moving towards the second security terminal.
Quickly, approach the terminal and press the appropriate key/button to disable it.
The last, third, terminal is in the Eastern part of the estate, i.e.
under the balconies occupied by two snipers.
Star at the second terminal, go Eastwards and then Northwards.
Along your path, you should, of course, being spotted by the standard opponents.
The tower should not be guarded by anyone so, you could go towards it straight away.
Locate the next audiolog (Iraq 01) and unlock the tower.
You simply need to hack into it and leave the area marked with the yellow circle.
