After you listen to the conversation with T-Bone, jump onto the enduro bike and chase the helicopter.
The chase ends after you approach the enemy base to the South of Pawnee.
Note the helicopter flying above the base and hold down the hacking key/button to hack into its onboard camera.
you should probably start scanning the enemies staying at the base.
Approach him from the North, by e.g.
climbing onto the rocks shown in the screenshots.
Hide behind the cover near the security chief.
Since he may be staying within the vision of the other enemies (e.g.
by using the Lure.
by the abovementioned sniper, and the other excellently equipped enemies (e.g.
the Enforcers)/ Approach the restricted area from the East.
After you get atop the hill, resume your walk Westwards.
Carefully, approach him by taking the available covers.
Take down the man and hack him to obtain hi ID.
If the enemies still have not been alarmed, exit the camp the same way.
Getting away from the enemy base ends the mission.
